Privacy Policy

Draft for client review. The operator's legal identity and retention details must be confirmed before launch.

Information used to handle your order

The checkout collects your name, calling and WhatsApp numbers, nationality, installation address, selected plan and services, preferred date, notes and contact consent. This website does not ask you to upload Emirates ID images or enter payment-card details.

How the information is used

Order information is saved so the team can contact you, check coverage, arrange verification and coordinate delivery or installation with du. Authorized staff can review website orders through the team's CRM. Submission is not a guarantee of coverage or activation.

Attribution and abuse prevention

When present in the landing URL, campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers are saved with your order. The landing path is saved without the full query string. A signed device cookie and hashed network identifier help limit abusive submissions. A repeat phone number may flag an order for staff review.

Browser storage and service providers

Session storage keeps your checkout draft and an unresolved submission so a retry can recover the same order. The draft and submission record are cleared after confirmed success. The abuse-prevention cookie lasts up to 30 days. Hosting and database providers process information needed to operate the website; authorized staff and du use relevant details to handle your request.

Email inquiries

Ask on Email opens your email application with a prefilled message. You decide whether to send it. Clicking that link does not create an order or automatically send an email from this website.

Questions and requests

Contact ask@du-partner.ae about access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of contact consent. Requests must be verified and considered alongside applicable legal obligations. Please do not send identity documents in an initial inquiry.
